I have a tyan trinity 400 with ps2 issues , it sound slike a key is stuck, but theres no keyboard connected! I was thinking about desoldering the entire ps2 and using usb.

I once slammed a motherboard into the ground because it wouldnt boot, then I quickly realized the socket 370 didnt support flipchips (one of the early revisions of a tyan motherboard) then I promptly plugged it back in to find out it still worked.

I take a screwdriver to old tyan boards (mostly tyan trinity 400's) that dont boot and dont even turn on, I even use the soldering iron to practice with on the dead boards.

As for the bp6, It was working and you ripped it apart or something?
