The Coppermine P3s are more sensitive to the VTT supplied to them. I would try doing the EC10 and the Q6 regulator modification as shown in Yoichiro's guide. That will get 1 CPU working, as for 2.........things start to get a little more complex!

Have a look at your VTT voltages in the Bios, and let us know how far they are fluctuating....highest and lowest etc.

Celeron 900mhz is Coppermine cored, so you will need to set jumpers to 1.75 volts and FSB to 100 mhz.

Update.....Checked the original ram on my BP6 the next day and it worked. Powered the D6Vaa back up and it isnt getting past the first post screen with the new memory or with the old! I worked out that the reason it got to the first post sceen....which was futher than i got before...was that i swich...
