Well, the Zalmann is up there.
With 1400 rpm on the 110mm fan (the lowest setting) i don't even hear it. Now my psu fan is bugging the hell out of me

Damn nice cooling block Martin! So it can be done, now I just need a nice heatsink which is meant for passive cooling.
