cant set the bios to make my celeron working on 533(66)mhz..

i tried setting the cpu soft menu, but it seems that it discard my changes every time that i power on my pc... and it turn back to 433mhz my celeron...
what can i do?

i have the latest bios that is on this site (the bios with penguin)

Hi guys! i have a motherboard with 2 celeron and i have this questions: the motherboard sees only 1 cpu... probably the second one is out of working :( the bios says to me that i have changed cpu (i loaded the bios default settings) or this is unworkable.. (the famous error message..) hovewer i have...
