Ehmm, well, yes and no. I had a 300W before (last year), now I have a 350W PSU. The PSU is a ATX 2.03 model,so it should do fine. I've tried it in another rig and it works just fine. Been reading up a bit here, and it seams the dust-buildup can be a problem, but my board is not dusty at all so I don...

Follow the wire from the button to the motherboard. It should lead to two pins, all You have to do is to short these two pin and, voilà, the board starts. Or You could just fix the damned button... 8)
